Grandma Elaine's Visit

Unfortunately I still wasn't feeling very well this weekend. In fact, I think I got a little worse. Today was one of the worst days I have felt so far. Elaine (Lee's Mom) came and visited with us for a long weekend. It would have been more fun, but she got sick too. :(

We ate lots of good food and got to do a few fun things, but mostly we just sat around visiting. I only took a few pics this weekend. Some at the Buddy Holly Museum and a few in the backyard.

These were taken in the harsh mid-day sun. I want to go back and take more closer to dusk. I think they would be pretty fun!

Sophie's 1st braids. She is still sick here and you can tell she was very proud of her new hairstyle, but still not feeling well.

She's wearing an older Matilda Jane dress. I went a little MJ crazy last month and bought 5 dresses for little missy. I couldn't help it. They have twirl factor and her new Gap slouchy boots look awesome with most of them! CUTE!!!







Then she found a stick and that made the day a little better
